I'm a big fan of Chodang and the food here, but I'm also frustrated by the higher price and lack of service. Those two should go hand in hand with each other. They need to increase staffing to make the dining experience better. TL;DR. The food was good but the service was lacking.

Found this corner location by accident; which I am very glad i came in. Clean and modern looking environment; not too crowed. Order the usual dish from Korean Tofu Soup combo with gabi, and side entry of spicy cold noodle. over all the dishes are above average; price level is about "acceptable" with current inflation kicks in. something could be improved will be the small side dishes; tasted a bit flat on flavor.

I always come to this plaza to get my nails done and decided to try this corner place and I’m so glad I did! The food was delicious and the customer service was great as well. It was our first time trying this type of Korean food and they were so helpful in helping us order. Very satisfied, will definitely come again!

First timer to Chodang Tofu & BBQ for lunch. The atmosphere was comfortable and we were greeting immediately upon entering and sat. It was very clean and sanitary. Utensils are cello bagged and disinfectant wipes are provided at each table. Purposeful table setting that quality and thoughtfulness to a clean dining experience were impressive. We ordered from a numbered and pictured menu with English descriptions and the server was politely masked and answered questions. Food service was efficient and interesting with several Korean condiments with entrees. We had #C1 and #C5 which comes with your choice from many tofu soups. Our meals were delightful, tasty and plenty to fill our palettes. Our first experience put Chodang at the top of our list to come back soon! 09/28/24, returned for second time and experience was fantastic. Veryclean and tidy restaurant with sanitary wipe package at each table. We ordered C1 tofu soup again, Spicy chicken and a Seafood pancake. The pancake was mixed seafood with onions and pan-fried in egg to a delicious plate size pancake cut like a pizza. AMAZING! Spicy chicken was very tasty and tender. Chodang highly recommended! ***** On 01/18/25, third time visit and still enjoy visit. Food was hot and well prepared. Chodang is on my favorite list.

A great place for korean food! They’re famous for tofu soup and it’s great. Everything I had was very delicious here so nothing much to say. The flavor is just right. I’d recommend tofu soup, hot stone bibimbap and dumplings.

Definitely check it out if you want affordable and good tasting Korean food. Especially check it out if you're staying at the hotel nearby. Takes less than a minute to walk there. Pros: * great people working there, super friendly and attentive. Will joke around with you too if you want * food tastes great. Wish it was just a little spicier though * great prices. Didn't feel like anything was overpriced or overvalued * plenty of food and willing to refill the side dishes the whole time * side dishes were all good too. Kind of a rarity for all of them to be good at a Korean restaurant * literally less than a minute walk from the hotel Cons: * there's really none

Very friendly service and great value for money. We were looking for a place that did good Korean pancake and we found it here. They have some special sale prices on their special bento right now, really worth it for how much food you get! It took a while to get out food but it was super fresh and yummy! They have a huge tent to sit and eat under or they have well spaced tables inside, as well.

Amazing experience in chodang tofu I was debating between sushi or a tofu restaurant for dinner and decided to try Chodang Tofu after reading some reviews. While a few people mentioned the service wasn’t great, I found that to be completely untrue. The service here was incredible! The server was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about the customers. She provided excellent service, quickly addressing everyone’s needs with a smile. She made sure to say "thank you" to every customer and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome. Honestly, she was the best server I’ve ever had. The food was delicious, and the warm, friendly service made the experience even better. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend Chodang Tofu to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.
